Your Detox Day begins at 9am with a range of specialised tests to help determine types and levels of toxicity, followed by a consultation with Annette Charles Naturopath. BHSc. ND

After the Naturopathic consultation there will be a treatment on the Frequency Specific Microcurrent which will target the most appropriate areas e.g. Lymphatic's, liver, body fat, digestion, chemical toxicity, parasites etc.

The FSM Treatment will be followed with an infrared sauna which will continue the Detox process.

After a light and nutritious lunch, the afternoon session will begin with a detoxification body wrap and finish with a 1 hour full body massage.

Throughout the day there will be juices and herbal beverages to maximise the detoxification. You will leave with specialised, Practitioner only, Detox Supplements focused on your particular needs, so as to continue the process of detoxification, safely and effectively. Your Day will conclude at approximately 4.15pm.

Prior to the Detox Day we will send out Health Detox Questionnaires which will help us to help you get the most out of your Detox Day. We also recommend the week prior to the Detox that a light diet including lots of fruits and vegetables or soups or salad is consumed with lots of water and limited coffee and alcohol..
