Rotorua Health and Spa was born in 2003 out of our passion to provide the very best in Natural Health care  and Spa Therapies. We wanted  to fill a gap in Rotorua for a Boutique Day Spa which focused on Natural and organic products and was based on sound naturopathic philosophy.

I  ( Annette ) have been a Naturopath for over 25 years and I am passionate about Natural Medicine and the benefits of organic foods, herbs and good Nutrition.

 As we both like to eat organic food and use only eco friendly products ,  Rotorua Health and Spa is run with the same ethos. We use only organic or eco friendly cleaning and laundry products and we recycle all our waste and use recycled products when possible

All our Hot water for heating, washing and use in the Spa is heated by a Geothermal down hole bore, making our carbon footprint as low as possible.

All our massage oils and spa products are natural and free from Nasty chemicals. most are Organic and New Zealand made.

Our Therapists are all highly Qualified and Professional and offer a wide range of Spa Therapies

We both enjoy travelling overseas and experiencing different cultures and  love  overseas visitors coming to our Spa
